Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how subscriptions to Gen AI Creators Academy work, how you can cancel, and how we handle refund requests. It applies to paid memberships of the Gen AI Creators Academy community hosted on Skool.

By joining the membership you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

The Gen AI Creators Academy membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Skool, the community platform that hosts our course and community. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the rate shown at the time of purchase. Founding-member pricing is locked for the first 100 members and continues to apply for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

Billing, payment methods, and invoices are handled by Skool. You can view and manage your subscription at any time from your Skool account.

You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no need to explain why. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.

After cancellation you retain access to the community and course content for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, your access is removed and you will not be billed again.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Sign in to your account at skool.com.
2. Open the Gen AI Creators Academy community.
3. Go to Settings → Subscription and select Cancel subscription.

If you run into trouble cancelling, message us inside the community and we will make sure it gets sorted.

We operate on a no questions asked basis. If you are unhappy with the membership, cancel and reach out and we will work with you in good faith. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Because the membership is priced affordably and billed monthly rather than annually, cancelling immediately stops the next charge. For the current billing period, we review each refund request individually, taking into account when you joined, how much of the content you have accessed, and the circumstances of the request.

Chargebacks and disputes filed directly with your card issuer before contacting us may delay or prevent a resolution. We always prefer to sort things out with you directly first.

Free resources available on this site (including prompt packs, guides, and newsletter content) are provided at no cost and do not form part of the paid subscription. No refund is required for free content. If you signed up to our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active members in advance. Continued use of the membership after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
